Mooncrest Neighborhood Programs is proud and appreciative of volunteers who share their time, energy and talents in support of our ministry. Volunteers are welcome to assist the staff and children in many ways . Whether it’s two hours a week or two hours a month, MNP will find a meaningful opportunity for you to touch the lives of the children and families living in Mooncrest.
MNP volunteers come from all walks of life and from retired teachers and engineers, to accountants and ministers, volunteers are a vital part of our success. We are grateful to students from Moon and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High Schools and from local universities Robert Morris, Duquesne and Carnegie Mellon for their support. MNP welcomes volunteers from Moon and the surrounding communities.
Please contact Theresa Long at tlong@feliciansisters.org or call 412.299.5651 to schedule a time to visit Mooncrest Neighborhood Programs, to learn more about the community, and the Ministry and to begin the volunteer application process.
